There is definite interest in Oppong, which will increase activity during the end of the transfer window, especially in the Premier League.

An unnamed Ligue 1 club is interested in Kojo Peprah Oppong, a 22-year-old Centre-Back. Oppong is under contract with Nice until June 2029. A departure for the Ghanaian international could bring Nice a fee of between 10 and 15 million euros. He joined the club in July 2025, and during the 2025/2026 season, he made 29 appearances in Ligue 1 and scored one goal. Trabzonspor and Burnley have also been linked with the player. Nice acquired Oppong for a fee of €2.5 million, and there was a reported offer of approximately €8 million from Everton in October 2025.
