Negotiations are ongoing between Levski and Hapoel Be'er Sheva for the transfer of 27-year-old Zambian central midfielder Kings Kangwa. The Bulgarian club has reportedly made an offer valued at over 2 million euros for the player and is also proposing a high salary of approximately 750,000 euros per season. Lokomotiv (Moscow) and Rubin are also pursuing Kangwa with high wage offers. The final decision on the price and timing of the player's release belongs to Hapoel's owner, Alona Barkat. It is expected that Kangwa, who has a desire to advance his career, will ultimately leave, with a potential departure after the Champions League qualifiers. Kangwa has 43 caps and 7 goals for Zambia. He joined Hapoel Beer Sheva in July 2024 and has a contract with the club until 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €3.80m.
