Leyton Orient and Burton Albion are among the clubs monitoring Dunfermline defender Kieran Ngwenya for a possible summer transfer. The 23-year-old Malawian international's contract is due to expire at the end of the season, which would make him available without a fee. A Scottish Premiership side, Motherwell, also reportedly has interest in the defender and is monitoring his situation. Ngwenya, who joined Dunfermline in July 2024, has made one appearance for Malawi. In the current Scottish Championship season, he has scored four goals in 13 appearances, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value to be €175k.
