Watford are considering making a formal offer to Athletico Paranaense for Kevin Viveros. According to Brazilian outlet RTI Esporte, Watford are closely monitoring the player. Athletico Paranaense have rejected offers as high as €15m for Viveros. His current deal in Brazil runs for two more years, and the club is concerned about potentially selling him during a crucial part of the Brazilian Serie A season. Kevin Viveros could potentially be offered a new contract in an attempt to retain him.

Watford and their Championship rivals Bristol City are both interested in signing 26-year-old Colombian striker Kevin Viveros from Athletico Paranaense this summer. Athletico Paranaense is willing to approve a transfer for approximately €10m (£9m). The Brazilian club has a strong negotiating position as the former FK Sarajevo player is under contract until 2028. Viveros is interested in a move to England and expects to receive a contract valued at around £15,000 to £20,000 per week. There is also interest from the MLS and Mexico. Viveros has been capped three times for Colombia's U20 team. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €4.00m, and Athletico PR signed him in July 2025 for a reported fee between €4.2 million and €4.6 million.
