Kevin Lankford Transfer from BFC Dynamo to Carl Zeiss Jena
According to information from BILD, Kevin Lankford has agreed to transfer from BFC Dynamo to Carl Zeiss Jena. The transfer has been confirmed and is set to be announced by the Thuringians early next week. Lankford has visited Jena twice for discussions, and the deal is now finalized. He is set to receive a one-year contract with an option for an additional season. In Coach Volkan Uluc's system, Lankford is anticipated to play primarily as a winger, which is his preferred position, taking over from Joel Richter, who did not receive a contract renewal. Interestingly, Richter is in talks with BFC and may potentially succeed Lankford there, although he also has an offer from VSG Altglienicke. Before his move to Jena, Lankford will participate in one last match for BFC in the Berlin Cup final against Mahlsdorf on Saturday, with the aim of joining his new team as a cup winner.
