Rangers are considering 22-year-old Venezuelan forward Kevin Kelsy as a potential replacement for the injured Youssef Chermiti. The Portland Timbers player is on the club's list of striking options. Kelsy has scored nine goals and provided two assists in 17 games in Major League Soccer this season.
