Atromitos has reached an agreement with 25-year-old Ghanaian winger Kelvin Ofori, who became a free agent after his release from Slovan Bratislava two days prior. The club acted quickly to secure the player, considering it an opportunity to strengthen their attack following the acquisitions of Serginho and Perea. Ofori was not in the primary plans at his former club and spent the last six months on loan at Olimpija Ljubljana. The loan agreement had included an €800,000 purchase option, which the Slovenian club decided not to exercise. A product of the Right to Dream academy, Ofori had reportedly attracted interest from Real Madrid in his youth. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €500k. He had also been linked with LNZ Cherkasy.
