Karoy Anderson has completed a permanent transfer to Blackpool. Blackpool's opening bid for Anderson was made at the end of June, and the fee has not been disclosed. He has signed a four-year contract with a club option for another 12 months. Anderson was on loan at Blackpool for the second half of last season, featuring 16 times and starting their final four matches. Blackpool head coach Ian Evatt said it was well-known that they wanted to bring Anderson back to the club as soon as last season finished. He added that it took some time to complete the deal, but he is delighted to be able to work with Anderson again.

Wycombe Wanderers had also been linked with the player.
