Karol Struski leaving Raków Częstochowa?

The sports advisor to the board, Artur Płatek, explained that just before submitting the list, the topic of a potential change of environment by Karol Struski reappeared, which ultimately did not happen.

Following media speculation about Karol Struski changing clubs again, a move ultimately did not happen, although he had seriously considered a loan. In an interview with Sport.tvp.pl, Raków's sporting advisor, Artur Płatek, confirmed that certain discussions were held. He stated that it all unfolded within hours, a decision had to be made, and the club ultimately decided not to register Struski for those competitions. Tomasz Włodarczyk from Meczyki.pl admitted that Struski was indeed open to a move but changed his mind.

The 24-year-old did not find himself well in Marek Papszun's project, and for this reason, he was considering a loan move to another club in the summer. When he ultimately decided against such a move, there was no place for him in the squad for the Conference League.

Information from Karol Struski and his entourage after the match in Szczecin indicated that he wanted to leave on loan. The club gave him a choice: if he wanted a loan, he would not be registered for the Conference League. Struski initially decided he wanted the loan and not to be registered, but after further consideration, he chose to stay and fight for his place. However, the registration lists had already been closed. This situation was explained by coach Marek Papszun, as cited by Nawylot.tv.

Sport.pl reports on the transfer situation surrounding Karol Struski, who signaled to his club that he wanted to leave and requested to be loaned out. After a loan option appeared, the club decided not to register him for European competition. The following day, Struski changed his mind and wanted to stay and fight for his place, but he remained excluded from the European squad. The transfer did not go through, and he has lost his place in the team.

Karol Struski, a 24-year-old Polish midfielder, joined Rakow Czestochowa from Aris Limassol during the summer transfer window. After a promising start, he considered leaving the club on loan and communicated his wish to be loaned out. The club and player held discussions about this possibility, and there was an option for him to leave on loan. However, the next day, Struski changed his mind and decided to stay and fight for his place. As a result, he was not registered for the European competitions. The transfer involving him from Aris Limassol to Rakow Czestochowa reportedly cost around one million euros. His contract with the club is set to expire on June 30, 2029, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €1.50 million.
