Cristi Pulhac named 30-year-old Croatian defensive midfielder Karlo Muhar as one of three players from the Superliga României he would like to see transferred to Dinamo. Muhar is available after he unilaterally terminated his contract with CFR Cluj because of unpaid wages. Pulhac stated that his only reservation about the potential transfer was a question regarding Muhar's salary. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €1.20m. He has also been linked with other Romanian clubs, including FCSB and Rapid Bucuresti.
