According to Sportal.bg, Lokomotiv Sofia has officially signed Kaloyan Kostov. Kostov is a 22-year-old, two-meter tall Bulgarian central defender. He is a youth product of 'Septemvri' and the Portuguese club 'Benfica'. Over the last two years, he played 24 matches for the Plovdiv-based 'Lokomotiv'. He is one of five young Bulgarian players to join the club. Lokomotiv's management stated their belief that these signings can be a perfect addition to the team's core of experienced players. The U21 international for Bulgaria has 6 caps, and his current market value is €150k, according to Transfermarkt.
