Parma made an offer for Kaloyan Božkov, an 18-year-old Bulgarian midfielder who plays for Dinamo Zagreb's B team. It was reported that a deal had been agreed that would result in Dinamo receiving 700,000 euros and 20 percent from a future sale. However, a few hours before the transfer was to be finalized, Božkov withdrew from the move because he wishes to stay and establish himself at Dinamo Zagreb. The Guardian had previously named Božkov as one of the 60 biggest talents in the world. His contract expires on June 30, 2027, and he has 9 caps for the Bulgarian U19 team.
