According to Matteo Moretto, Rayo is taking steps to acquire Juan Cruz, a 26-year-old Spanish-Argentinian winger from Leganés. Although Juan Cruz was on Elche's list, Rayo is reportedly close to completing the signing. Cruz joined Leganés in July 2024 and his contract with the club runs until 2029. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be €1.80m.
