According to Voetbalnieuws.be, a departure from KV Mechelen is expected for José Marsa. He is entering the last year of his contract and has so far not accepted a proposal for an extension. The KV Mechelen board is therefore seeking a transfer to avoid him leaving for no transfer fee next year. Marsa's market value is three and a half million.
