Belgian defender Jorne Spileers, 20, has signed a new contract with Club Brugge, extending his stay until 2028. Despite not playing often last season, he has been given a new deal possibly due to more opportunities arising this season and the potential departure of Joel Ordoñez. Prior to the extension, the defender, valued at €2.00m by Transfermarkt, had been linked with clubs such as Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Atalanta, and Liverpool.
