A report from journalist Ekrem Konur on his X social media page states that Napoli is prepared to offer Flamengo €20 million for the transfer of attacking midfielder Jorge Carrascal.

Jorge Carrascal, a key attacker for Flamengo, has received concrete enquiries from Napoli and Olympique de Marseille in recent days. The Italian and French clubs are both looking for a winger for the January window and have identified Carrascal as one of their preferred targets. Currently, Flamengo has no interest in the Colombian's departure and does not plan to facilitate a transfer during the winter window. The club has set a minimum price of 30 million euros to begin any negotiations for a sale. Carrascal joined Flamengo this season for a fee of approximately 12 million euros and has a contract that is valid until 2029.
