Jonas Rouhi Transfer from Juventus to Westerlo
Westerlo tried to sign Jonas Rouhi on loan from Juventus last weekend. The deal was close, but failed at the last moment due to disagreements over the purchase option. Juventus wanted the option to become automatic under certain conditions, but Westerlo did not agree. The transfer did not go through this summer.
Jonas Rouhi, a Swedish youth international left-back born in 2004 who made his debut for Juventus under Thiago Motta, is on the verge of leaving the club. Westerlo, a team competing in the Belgian league, has reached an agreement with Juventus in the last few hours for a loan deal involving the young defender. His contract with the Turin-based club is set to expire on June 30, 2028, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €2.00m. Several Serie A clubs, including Pisa, Sassuolo, and Hellas Verona, had also been linked with a move for the player.
