Cardiff City have become interested in signing Rangers' Scottish international centre-back John Souttar this summer, and other interested clubs include Watford, Sheffield United, and Leicester City. The 29-year-old is considered likely to transfer after being excluded from the Rangers squad that traveled to Spain by new manager Derek McIness, despite having signed a contract extension in February.
