Florian Hartherz has joined Koper as a left-back. The 32-year-old German has signed a two-year contract with the club. Before this move, he was playing in the second Polish league for Miedz Legnica and had previous spells with teams such as Podbeskidzie, Maccabi Netanya, Fortuna Dusseldorf, Arminia Bielefeld, Paderborn, Werder, and Wolfsburg. Hartherz has also been part of the German youth national teams. The transfer was confirmed on Friday morning. Koper's coach, Slaviša Stojanović, noted his satisfaction with acquiring such an experienced player to bolster the team's left-back position. As per Transfermarkt, his current market value stands at €200k, with his past transfers accumulating to €350k in fees.
