Jeremy Toljan leaving Sassuolo?

Jeremy Toljan is joining UD Levante on a free transfer from US Sassuolo. He has signed a contract with the Spanish club until 2027. Toljan, originally from Stuttgart, moved from TSG Hoffenheim to Borussia Dortmund in 2017 and had loan spells at Celtic Glasgow and Sassuolo before a permanent move to the Italian side in 2021. He played 171 matches for Sassuolo over four years. Now, he continues his career at the city rival of FC Valencia.

Jeremy Toljan, a 30-year-old German right-back, is about to join Levante UD on a free transfer as his contract with Sassuolo ends. He played a key role in Sassuolo's recent promotion to Serie A, with 37 appearances and seven assists. Toljan has extensive experience in both Italian football and the Bundesliga, having played 131 matches in Serie A and 72 in the Bundesliga. The transfer is seen as strategic for Levante, which is preparing for its return to the top tier of Spanish football, and was first reported by 'Las Provincias'.

Jeremy Toljan is set to join FC Genua from US Sassuolo on a free transfer. His contract with Sassuolo ends after six years, and he will join FC Genua for the upcoming season to play in Italy's top division. The transfer was reported by Gianluca Di Marzio.

Jeremy Toljan does not intend to play in Serie B and could return to Germany.
