Jean-Kévin Duverne, a 28-year-old defender from Haiti who previously spent half a year at KV Kortrijk, is set to join KAA Gent on loan from FC Nantes. According to both Het Laatste Nieuws and Sacha Tavolieri, he is being brought in to provide extra defensive options and will be the club's last new arrival. All agreements have reportedly been found, with only the paperwork remaining to make the transfer official.
