According to Pete O’Rourke, Leyton Orient are competing with Oxford United to sign Grimsby striker Jaze Kabia. Kabia has one year remaining on the two-year contract he signed last summer.

Leyton Orient and Oxford are both interested in Grimsby's 25-year-old Irish attacker Jaze Kabia this summer. The striker scored 23 goals and registered three assists, which helped Grimsby's promotion push from League Two. Kabia joined Grimsby in July 2025 and is under contract until 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €200k.
