Jannik Dehm leaving Hannover 96?

Jannik Dehm, a 29-year-old right-back, is transferring on a free transfer from Hannover 96 to Greuther Fürth. Coach Thomas Kleine praised Dehm's dynamic and technical abilities, highlighting his potential contribution both in building play and in offensive support.

Jannik Dehm was reportedly close to joining Dynamo Dresden but chose Greuther Fürth instead. Dehm, who has played 157 games in the Bundesliga's second division, has his contract with Hannover 96 expiring, making the transfer possible without a fee. Dynamo Dresden was unable to compete financially with Greuther Fürth, despite being competitive in terms of club appeal and stadium atmosphere. Dehm previously played for Holstein Kiel for three years before spending four seasons with Hannover 96.

Jannik Dehm's contract with Hannover 96 is expiring, and negotiations for a potential contract extension are ongoing, but no final decision has been made yet. Additionally, Transfermarkt estimates his market worth to be around 900k euros.
