Crystal Palace are now seeking to extend the contract of 28-year-old Senegalese winger Ismaila Sarr, whose current contract is until June 2029. There have been positive discussions between the management of the London club and Sarr's representatives, but an agreement is not certain. Sarr has 87 caps and 23 goals for Senegal and has a current market value of €45.00m, according to Transfermarkt. The move for a new deal follows a summer transfer window where it was reported that the club rejected multiple bids for the player. These included offers from Liverpool that were said to be in excess of €60M. In September 2026, Crystal Palace's asking price was reported to be as high as £75M (~€88M). The club also rejected an offer from Galatasaray in August 2026, which was reported to be up to €45M. Sarr joined Crystal Palace from Marseille in August 2024 for a €15M fee.
