Aluminij has confirmed the surprising transfer of 19-year-old goalkeeper Jan Petek, who has moved to Al Riyadh in the Saudi Pro League. The youth international, who has two caps for Slovenia's U19 team and made 22 appearances for Aluminij's first team, will join his new club for an unknown transfer fee. Upon his departure, Petek expressed his gratitude towards his former club, including all the coaches and teammates, stating that he grew as both a person and a player there. At Al Riyadh, he will be joining first-choice keeper and former Crvena zvezda player Milan Borjan.
