Jakub Łabojko has left Motor Lublin after a one-and-a-half-year period with the club, during which he was an important part of the team, making 29 appearances and scoring one goal in the past season. Shortly after his departure was announced on a Wednesday, Piast Gliwice confirmed the 28-year-old Polish midfielder's arrival. Łabojko, a youth product of Piast, has signed a two-year contract with an option to extend, returning to his hometown club after an absence of nearly ten years. He has one cap for the Poland U21 team and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at €300k.
