Croatian offensive midfielder Jakov Pranjić will continue his career in his home country with HNK Gorica, where he will play in the new season as a player on loan from Celje. The Croatian club has an option to buy. Pranjić departs the Slovenian champions just over six months after arriving from Zrinjski in the winter transfer window for a fee of approximately 500,000 euros, which made him one of the most expensive players in Celje's history. He is leaving after failing to score in 15 appearances and not meeting the club's expectations.
