The 25-year-old Danish Heerenveen winger is said to be open to a sporting move but is happy in Friesland and has not heard anything from France himself. According to the Leeuwarder Courant, concrete interest in Heerenveen's key players has so far been limited. This is despite the club anticipating that players like Trenskow would have already departed this summer. Trenskow, who joined Heerenveen in August 2024, scored 18 goals and provided 8 assists in 58 Eredivisie appearances during the 2025/2026 season. His contract with the club runs until June 2028, and his current Transfermarkt market value is €7.50m. He has not yet been capped by the Danish national team.
