Jacob Bruun Larsen leaving VfB Stuttgart?

Jacob Bruun Larsen is set to leave VfB Stuttgart after only half a year. According to Sky, the transfer of the 26-year-old to FC Burnley is a done deal. The Premier League club will pay four million euros to the Swabians. The Dane will sign a contract with the Clarets until 2029. Medical examinations and contract signing have already taken place according to the pay-TV broadcaster, and the official announcement is expected shortly. The winger had joined the current cup winner from TSG Hoffenheim in January for a fee of 1.7 million euros but mostly made short appearances at VfB.

Jacob Bruun Larsen is considering leaving VfB Stuttgart due to dissatisfaction with his playing time. Despite being a key target for the club in the winter transfer window, he has been mostly on the bench since January, with limited appearances. His current dissatisfaction is due to the coach, Hoeneß, preferring other players on the wing. In January, Werder Bremen and Borussia Mönchengladbach were interested in him. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 6.00m euros.
