Scotland defender Jack Hendry has been offered a lucrative deal by Al-Hilal to stay in Saudi Arabia. The 30-year-old, who has 37 caps and three goals for Scotland, is set to leave Al-Ettifaq as a free agent this summer because the club does not have the budget to offer him a new contract. It is reported that Al-Hilal are in talks to sign the player, whom the Riyadh-based club could acquire for free. Al-Hilal are said to view him as a decent addition after his three years in the Gulf state. During the 2025/2026 Saudi Pro League season, Hendry made 27 appearances and scored one goal. His current market value is listed on Transfermarkt as €2.50m.
