Ivan Lučić Transfer from Hajduk Split to Antalyaspor

Dalmatinski Portal reports on the potential transfer of Ivan Lučić from Hajduk Split to Antalyaspor. Ivan Lučić, the goalkeeper for Hajduk Split, was on the verge of transferring to Antalyaspor in Turkey. He had already bid farewell to his teammates, indicating the transfer was nearly complete. However, the deal ultimately fell through for unknown reasons. Despite this setback, Lučić and his representatives are actively seeking new opportunities as there is no future for him at Poljud (Hajduk Split).

Ivan Lučić, the seasoned 30-year-old Austrian goalkeeper, is set to depart from Hajduk. According to unofficial sources, he is expected to continue his career with Antalyaspor, a club based in Turkey. Lučić, who joined Hajduk in early 2023 from Istra, quickly established himself as the first-choice goalkeeper. However, after making an error in a derby against Dinamo last season, it became evident that his time in Split was drawing to a close. The Turkish club, which concluded last season in 15th place in the top league, appears to be a solution that satisfies all parties involved. Lučić's contract with Hajduk was due to expire in May 2026, and his market value is estimated at €1.30m by Transfermarkt. Additionally, AEK Larnaca and AEK Athens have recently been associated with interest in the player.
