According to Germanijak, Itsuki Urata is a new player for Slaven Belupo. The 29-year-old left back from Japan moved to Koprivnica from Uzbekistan and signed a one-year contract with the club, valid until the end of the season that starts in a week. On their website, the Koprivnica club announced that Itsuki has already joined training sessions with his new teammates and played his first minutes against Shakhtar in Radomlje.

Itsuki Urata, a 29-year-old Japanese left-back, will join Slaven Belupo. Urata has made 22 appearances and scored two goals for Japan's youth national teams. He previously played for Varaždin from 2020 to 2023. He then played for one season at Maribor before spending the last two seasons at Bunyodkor in Uzbekistan. He is expected to arrive in Koprivnica on Friday. Urata's contract with Bunyodkor was set to expire on 31/12/2027, and his current market value is €300k, according to Transfermarkt. In the 2025/2026 Superliga season, he made 4 appearances and provided 1 assist.
