Moroccan international Issa Diop is nearing a departure from Fulham to join Ipswich Town, a club newly promoted to the Premier League. An agreement has been reached between the London club and Ipswich, according to reports. The 29-year-old defender, who has a Transfermarkt valuation of €8 million, has also agreed to a four-year contract with the Portman Road club and is expected to have his medical examination soon. Fulham is set to receive a transfer fee of around €10 million for Diop, who joined the club in August 2022 and had one year left on his contract. Como had also recently shown interest in the player.
