Imrân Louza, a 27-year-old Moroccan midfielder for Watford, has been mentioned as a potential target for Southampton, as the club is seeking a replacement for Shea Charles. Tonda Eckert, the manager of Southampton, confirmed that the club intends to sign a new midfielder. It is suggested that Watford will have difficulty keeping Louza. He has also been linked with a move to Paris FC and other clubs. The Moroccan international has 15 caps, joined Watford in July 2021, and his contract is due to expire in 2028. Watford's asking price for the player was reportedly approximately €10 million in August 2026. Earlier in the summer, the asking price was reported to be £15 million.
