CalcioMercato has reported on the potential transfer of German midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, aged 34, to Juventus. Tuttosport has indicated that Gundogan's agent has suggested both Juventus and Inter as possible destinations for him. It is said that Gundogan is interested in playing in Italy, partly because of his wife Sara's ties to the country, as she was born in Montebelluna. Despite having a contract with Manchester City that lasts until 2026, it appears that his tenure with the club is drawing to a close, and he may be allowed to leave without a transfer fee. His annual salary, which is around 8 million euros, could pose a challenge for a move to Italy. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value to be approximately €5 million.
