Igor Tyjon leaving Blackburn Rovers?
Rakow Czestochowa is interested in 17-year-old English-Polish forward Igor Tyjon, who refused to sign a new contract with Blackburn Rovers. Tyjon's contract expires in June 2026; he has scored three goals in five appearances for England's U18 team and has registered four goals and one assist in five Premier League 2 appearances this season. Several other clubs, including Monza, Atalanta, Aston Villa, Arsenal, and Manchester United, have also been linked with him. In the summer of 2025, Arsenal reportedly had bids of up to €3 million rejected. Separately, reports in January 2026 suggested a fee of around €1.15 million would be sufficient for a transfer.
