The 22-year-old Guinean is the preferred target for the Gazelles to replace Raphaël Onyedika, who could join the Turkish club Galatasaray. Ibrahima Sory Bangoura is under contract until June 30, 2028, and has a market value of 8 million euros on Transfermarkt. He joined Genk in January 2024 and has made 13 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League this season.
