Despite the generous offer, it is understood that Konate is not interested in a move to Atletico Madrid. Sources suggest that Konate, whose contract with Liverpool ends at the conclusion of next season, is determined to move only to Real Madrid, having already turned down new contract proposals from Liverpool. Consequently, Atletico Madrid is now considering Cristian Romero from Tottenham Hotspur as an alternative option.
