Portsmouth manager John Mousinho said that 23-year-old Scottish and French centre-back Ibane Bowat has been permitted to leave the club. Mousinho stated that if the right deal comes up for Ibane that works for him and the club, they will not prevent him from leaving. Mousinho admitted that Bowat believes he should be getting more minutes and that, while there has been no fallout, the two do not agree on that matter.
