Romanian winger Ianis Stoica, 23, might become a free agent this summer due to significant financial issues at his club, Estrela da Amadora. The club has initiated a financial reorganization process to avoid bankruptcy and has debts totaling approximately €15 million. If the court does not approve the club's reorganization request, it will face bankruptcy, which would release Stoica from his contract. This situation could result in Dinamo Bucuresti targeting him in the summer transfer window. Dinamo Bucuresti has previously attempted to sign him. Earlier negotiations with his former team, FC Hermannstadt, failed because of the Sibiu club's financial demands of approximately €1.5 million at that time.
