South Korean international Hyunjun Yang, 23, has signed a new four-year deal with Celtic, with the contract running until 2030. The winger joined Celtic in July 2023 for a fee of €2.5 million. He has 8 caps for South Korea, and his current market value is €5.00m, according to Transfermarkt. Yang had previously been linked with clubs including Birmingham City and Preston North End. Reports from January 2026 stated that a potential transfer to Birmingham for approximately £3 million was close to being completed in the summer of 2025.
