Hannover 96 has rewarded Husseyn Chakroun's continuous development with a contract extension. The contract, which was set to expire in 2026, has been prematurely extended until 2027. Chakroun joined Hannover 96's youth academy in 2023 from JFV Calenberg and has progressed through the ranks to earn a spot with the professional team. He made his professional debut for Hannover in February. Marcus Mann, the managing director, praised Chakroun as a street footballer and highlighted his exceptional development and commitment.
