Andorra and Villarreal have finalized a loan deal for Hugo López. The 19-year-old Spanish forward has signed until June 2027. López is a Villarreal youth product who recently became a U19 European champion with Spain, for whom he has 7 goals in 11 caps. He joins to reinforce an attack that Josep Cerdà left to join Mallorca. López comes from Villarreal B, where he recorded three goals and four assists in 36 matches last season. He is described as a versatile attacker who can play on either wing, as an attacking midfielder, or as a striker.
