Negotiations between Monterrey and Chicago Fire for the transfer of Hugo Cuypers are at an advanced stage. Monterrey has already reached an agreement with the 29-year-old Belgian forward, and only the final details between the clubs need to be settled. Cuypers joined Chicago Fire in February 2024, has a contract until the end of 2026, and has also been linked with Real Sociedad.
