According to Football Insider, Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Wigan Athletic's English attacking midfielder Harrison Bettoni. The 18-year-old is available as a free agent this summer. Chelsea have reportedly secured his signing, and the Blues are set to pay a small compensation fee. Bettoni has also held talks with AC Milan and Manchester City and will become Chelsea’s first signing of the summer window.
