Galatasaray has abandoned the transfer of Guela Doue due to complications from the player's entourage despite having a valid agreement with Rennes.

Guéla Doué, the right-back from Rennes, is under the radar of AS Rome and its new sporting director Florent Ghisolfi, who has been monitoring him for a long time. Doué became a regular starter in January and an Ivorian international in March. Italian media report that AS Rome is particularly interested in him.
