Gilberto Mora Transfer from Tijuana to Arsenal
Offers from Europe have reportedly already arrived for Tijuana midfielder Gilberto Mora, but the club rejected them because of their low value. According to reports, Tijuana will not sell Mora for less than €15 million ($17.4 million) and expect the eventual fee to be almost double that amount. Mora’s agent, Rafaela Pimenta, told TUDN that with €15 million ($17.4 million) she cannot even buy one of his legs. Due to FIFA’s regulations, Mora will have to wait until he turns 18 to move from Liga MX, however, teams can make a deal with Tijuana beforehand and wait until the player reaches adulthood.
According to Récord, Arsenal are closely following Gilberto Mora, a 16-year-old midfielder from Tijuana. The report notes that as he is not of legal age, his signing is still distant.
