The necessity for a new striker at Korona Kielce could become more urgent as they foresee the potential exits of key forwards Adrian Dalmau and Jewgenij Szykawka. Despite the initial talks during the winter break when Korona was struggling in the relegation zone, Barkouski decided to join Puszcza Niepołomice, where he managed to score four goals and provide three assists in 15 matches.
