Georgios Manalis leaving Kifisia?
Gazzetta.gr reports on the transfer of Giorgos Manalis to Iraklis. Kifisia has reached an agreement with Iraklis for the transfer of the experienced striker Giorgos Manalis. Manalis was the top scorer of the Super League 2 South Group last season. The move is seen as a significant reinforcement for Iraklis' attack. The transfer was motivated by Manalis becoming the third-choice striker at Kifisia after the return of captain Andreas Tetteh and the signing of Sebastian Musiolik, leading Manalis to seek more playing time.
Gazzetta.gr reports on Iraklis's interest in signing Giorgos Manalis from Kifisia. Iraklis is pressing Kifisia to sign Giorgos Manalis as a free agent. Manalis has a contract with Kifisia until the summer of 2026. There is no agreement yet, but Iraklis is intensifying efforts to complete the transfer before the deadline on September 12. Kifisia currently does not intend to let the player go as he is in the plans of coach Sebastian Leto, and the club initially intended for him to stay. Both clubs have good relations, highlighted by a recent loan deal for another player, Nikopolidis.
Giorgos Manalis, the 30-year-old Greek striker of Kifisia, is close to joining Iraklis. He has reached a preliminary agreement with Iraklis, pending the finalization of his release from Kifisia. Once the release is settled, he will travel to Thessaloniki to complete the deal. Iraklis had previously targeted Manalis a month ago as well. His contract with Kifisia is set to expire in June 2026 and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €400k.
