George Hirst, a 27-year-old Scottish international, is reportedly wanted by numerous Championship clubs on loan, but with Ipswich preferring a sale, Stoke are in a leading position as Robins and his recruitment team consider a sizeable offer for the striker. Hirst joined Ipswich Town in July 2023 for a reported €1.8 million and his current contract runs until 2029. The forward, who has 10 caps for Scotland, has a current market value estimated by Transfermarkt at €10.00 million.
